We are from out of town expecting to get just a mediocre burger as we stopped by but that was not the case we were wowed by the food and Daysa was a great customer service representative 10/10 would be back

Walked in and the place was a total disaster, which is amazing as the business is not that old. The burgers were so salty they were practically inedible. They were out of Vanilla milkshakes and fry sauce, but were unable to refund anything from the online pickup order as no manager was working. I was told I would need to come back tomorrow if I wanted a refund. Definitely will not return.

The workers are extremely awful, the last 3 times I’ve went it’s taken at least 10 minutes to even be acknowledged when the store is practically empty and I’m standing at the register.

Brought my son here for lunch. The double steak burger and fries were good. The frozen custard is on point too and the only place I know of around town that serves it. I’ve tried the sundaes, concrete mixers, and shakes. All great!

Tried Freddy's for the first time today and it's a one and done! They get 1star because the fries were good. The burger I got and the burger my husband got were both terrible! the consistency of the "steak burger" was chewy with gristle throughout. I was going to try the custard but decided against it after eating the food. The tables were all dirty as well as the bathroom. I just can't understand how this is a business.

My husband and I went through the drive-through about 6:30 PM and we waited for 32 minutes just for onion rings and cheese curds. when we got home, which isn’t even 10 minutes away, the onion rings were barely warm and they tasted like they were sitting out and just refried to get hot. I ordered a large cheese curd and it came in a hamburger box, so I called and spoke with a man and his name started with a J I explained to him about the cheese curds, and he just kept saying I promise you if you got them in a white box it’s because we were out of the hamburger boxes. I told him I have ordered these a couple times before with a burger, and the burger came in a hamburger box, but I got a white box full of cheese curds. I said they have always been enough for like 3 people and this time barely enough for 2. He was rude and didn’t try to fix anything so I just hung up on him. I have ordered from the location in Avon and I have gotten cheese curds with a burger and the curds came in a cheese box a couple times, and it was full, a couple times in a white box. That location is much friendlier busier, and the longest we’ve ever had to wait was 15 minutes. I will order again from the app this time and if it’s the same issue, I will never eat there again. I will take my business to Avon.

My husband and I went there just for onion rings and cheese curds. Got there about 630pm. We waited in the drive thru line for 32 minutes. Got home, which is not even 10 mins away and the onions rings tasted like they were fried again after sitting and barely warm. I called and the guy that answered the phone was rude, name started with a J, explained to him about the cheese curds and he kept saying I promise you if they were in a white box it's cause we were out of the burger boxes and I said no cause when I ordered the cheese curds before I also got a burger with them and that burger came in a regular burger box, and I explained to him when I got them twice before there was enough for three people and this one there was barely enough for two. He basically was talking to me like I was dumb. I told him like four times I remember ordering them twice and I know what box they came in and this was different. he just kept saying well I promise you and didn't even try to fix anything so I just hung up on him. Next time I will order from my phone and if it's the same thing, I will never go back to that one. I've also gone to the one in Avon and have received a large cheese curd in a white Styrofoam box, and a few times in a burger box but it was full and they were way friendlier and had more cars and waited no more than 15 mins
