Ordered 5 orders of the pepperoni puffs and two pizzas. I guess it puzzled the staff working that my order was a big order…I mean who orders 5 pepperoni puffs, (like they’re bite-sized), but wait..5 orders!! None the less, they made my grand daughters feel like they should be ashamed to order that many!!! My pizza order was completely wrong, and when I called back to let them know the order was wrong, the kid hung up on me!!! I went back to return the pizzas and the kids working would not give me the corporate office number, one kid told the other kid to tell me to look it up, then claimed they didn’t have a manager for this store. I will be contacting the corporate office and file a complaint about the service here. Terribly rude and disrespectful kids working there that need some supervision, and more home and employment training.

Out of the 3 years of me coming to this restaurant, I seem to run into the same issue with the same worker. My wife and I ALWAYS order online because interacting with some workers, you’d be misgendered or spoken to rudely. When it comes to using the portal please be prepared to be harassed like you don’t have a pin or paid food waiting for you. Because my wife does not look like her name, today he spoke to her like he caught her trying to steal food. When she put the pin in and the doors open he proceeded to say “ma’am can I help you?? What are you waiting for?” My wife pulled the pizza out the portal and said “My food” we had already put our order in at 1:54p. We didn’t get the notification on the app of it being packed up until 2:44p. It’s already bad enough we had to wait as long as we did without any issue, without us being rude or mad. But to be spoken to like that by the same person, he needs to fix himself or someone will finally have enough of his rudeness to report his name to corporate. Thank you

Manager is terrible and rude, unless I got it all wrong, the portal is made so you can skip the line and not interact with the workers while it’s busy. This guy stops all transactions with another customer just to ask me what I needed over and over and yelling hello at me when I clearly was in the middle of taking my order out the portal on my own. I don’t want to make it a race thing but I seem to be the only person he does that too. Everyone else can grab and go, how unfortunate.

Pizza was ready, didn't have to wait (like the one in Sheffield Lake). Tasted good and didn't cost all that much. Service was good, except young male employee didn't realize I hadn't paid for my pizza yet. Small building and small parking lot.

Ordered pizza online. Received email that pizza was being made and when to show up. Drove to the location. Was told inside that the order was cancelled because they didn’t have something. No email or phone call was received to let me know this. It was a huge waste of my time and a big disappointment that no pizza was ready for me. Use Little Caesar’s online ordering at your own risk. I may never order from them again. There’s many other choices.

The staff could be a little friendlier. And my orders are often wrong. Even though the manager fixed the mistake I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order which in turn made me late for my appointmentParking: It's difficult coming in and out. A lot has to do with the location.

The staff are all kids and none seemed very responsible on the night I visited.
