I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from Javier at McDonald's in Lorain. Every time I visit this location, Javier never fails to impress with his friendly and efficient service. Not only is he attentive and helpful, but he also goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer leaves satisfied.In addition to his outstanding customer service, I must also commend Javier for the impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant. It is evident that he takes great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all patrons. In fact, I would go as far as to say that this McDonald's is the cleanest in Lorain, thanks to Javier's dedication to upholding high standards of hygiene and organization.Overall, my experiences at McDonald's with Javier have been nothing short of excellent. Probably never going here again, I only do because it’s close and convenient where I live. Twice I ordered sausage breakfast sandwiches and it was on the receipt and was bacon. The last time the bacon wasn’t even cooked. Went for dinner and ordered pies on the app with the dinner and went in to get my food and no pies. She ask if I want cookies I said no just my money back. Then she left then came back to say they are going to cook me pies, but not telling me it was going to take a very long time. Now I’m sitting there waiting there for a long time while my food is sitting there getting cold. The worst McDonald’s around many people I know feel the same way. The Henderson McDonald’s is one of my favorites, might start going there.

Look at the cheese slice on my already small filet of fish sandwich. This is truly pathetic bit McDonald's doesn't care. I guess I just won't eat here again. Plus, a ten piece chicken McNugget costs over 8 bucks.

Went through the drive thru and tried to order a #5 small with a coke and the girl rang it up medium when I corrected her and told her I wanted a small meal she argued that they don't do small meals. (Since when???) I've ordered small meals at this location before. She then rang it up all separately which obviously has a higher cost. When I asked why she said they don't do small meals.. Hell of a way to upcharge people by blatantly denying a small size.. I asked to speak with the manager over it because that just seemed ridiculous to me and she told me to pull to the window and claimed they only do medium or large meals . They were both extremely rude and offered no explanation whatsoever.

Any time after lunch, pick a different McDonald's. Service is extremely slow and I'm always missing something from my order. The breakfast/lunch staff are really on their game though.

The last two mornings we have stopped on the way to our job arriving at about 5:10am. Once again lights are on but nobody to be seen or responding. They are supposed to open at 5am. This happens all the time. No wonder places are closing. A lot of money lost. Does anyone want to work anymore or take pride in being on time?
