So glad Lynn and Cindy are gone. Back when I used to go there it was always a 1 star review because Lynn and Cindy were badmouthing another employee, a bald man. This man was always very kind to me and generally would mitigate the hostility of Lynn and Cindy when I was there. I have stayed up late nights thanking God that Lynn and Cindy are gone now, as the food selection has VASTLY improved and there are more drinks to be had. So glad that Lynn and Cindy were voted off the island.

If you are looking for a local coffee shop, don't go there I went there today 9:45 am to meet friends I asked to use the restroom The Manager said NO you cannot use the RESTROOM unless you buy COFFEE!!! the manager saidagain, You cannot use the Bathroom. I, said I come here a lot! I told her I, will buy a cup of coffee after I use the bathroom, or I will leave if you like. I was waiting for the Manager TO Attack me! There were several customers and two other employees in the Shop. Do not go there unless you want to be treated like a Dog!! PEOPLE with Prostate trouble use the bathroom a lot. May 28, 2023 9:45am Ps I am a Senior Citizen! The Manager is the rudest offensively meanest person I have ever met!

First time having Monkey Island in what seems like forever! They NEVER disappoint! The drinks and pastries are always so delicious! The staff members are so friendly and personable! SO happy the weather is finally turning so my kids and I can return to our weekly summer routine of grabbing Monkey Island before park dates ❤️

What happened to Lynn and Cindy? I used to love going in there. They had amazing breakfast sandwich and drinks options and the hospitality was always wonderful. I went in there the other day and there’s nothing available as far as food or really anything in the way of drinks anymore. As I was waiting for my coffee one of the people behind the counter was an older man who was bad mouthing the aforementioned employees. Bad look; poor integrity.I hesitated to leave the 1 star because it used to be a 5 star and I want to see the business succeed and continue in the community but at this time I would say 1 star is appropriate based on my most recent experience. Y’all need to receive feedback and then do better.My vote is to get them back.
