I ordered a burger with bacon and it had 2 bacon bits on it! The cashier said that’s all you get on the sandwich. I asked them to remake it because they were t going to do any for me after we tore the sandwich apart!

Normally. Roman Burgers are always good. This time, the bun was different than usual. Tasted stale and old. I contacted corporate office & they told me the bread was changed due to some issue. Hopefully not a permanent change.

Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. The food was fresh and awesome. Then we also had brownies and that was really good as well. Great atmosphere with really nice people.

Why is this place SO expensive!!!!!!! I spent $76 something on 3 meals and cheese sticks! Gave lady a $100 and she said she couldn't accept because she couldn't make change! ?Than what are you doing with all the $20 bills everyone else is giving you?????

Friendly ppl, but if I didn’t know better I’d say this roman burger was warmed up from yesterday.. I just spent $55 there and I’m disgusted with the soggy bun, brown lettuce, and shriveled tomato. Gross. The fries were soggy as could be too. I won’t go back to this location. It’s like they gave me an order that someone didn’t pick up or something.
