Everything was amazing until I found a blonde hair baked in the middle of one of my pizzas. Still give it a 3 because this is the first time I have had an issue but hopefully management will see this and be more strict about employee hygiene.

This is the nicest location in Lorain complete with a drive thru to pick up your order. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff are friendly.Vegetarian options: You can order a pizza with no meat and they have plenty of vegetable toppings to choose from.
Honestly this location can be hit or miss, but the staff that works here is small since it's just a carry out / delivery location. That being said , staff does their best and are always super friendly with great customer service.

They forgot the sauce and pepperoni on my pizza, completely forgot one of my fold overs, placed it for pickup even tho I tipped the delivery guy $15 when I ordered it for delivery online, and lastly, my order of fries was a total of 11 fries in a big ole container.. probably the worst service ive had... Definitely recommend Marcos or Domino's, but I'm going to little ceasers or speedway over Pizza Hut now, I'd rather have microwave pizza than get played like this again

Was visiting from out of town and decided pizza would be best at the time. They were timely and friendly. The pizza was very good.
Will not be ordering again!!! This pizza is dry with barely any cheese or sauce very disappointing

Called and ordered my mom some BBQ boneless wings and was so disappointed ☹️. They were cold with hardly no sauce and some had no sauce. And they told her she can come all the way back over there and they will give her a cup of sauce.. no apology just attitude. I will never go there again. They were so rude and unprofessional. I suggest you check your order before you leave.

Prices are too high 699 4 little pieces of pizza a Cleveland I can get a whole big pepperoni pizza for $10 Andy didn't put extra sauce on and I asked for it but it was a good Pizza

waited 48 minutes for a pizza that wasn’t even baked all the way.. just to throw back in the oven. i am not happy. completely unsatisfied
