I've been going on and off to Selenti's since I was a teenager. Yeah a long time, I know. For the most part I have been pretty good as far as the food that I had prepared for me and my family. Now there was a time or two I did get my orders a little bit well done. But yeah I would still recommend this place to anyone. And yes I'm going to continue myself going there for lunches and dinners. I just wish that they would broaden there menu or just change it up a bitParking: The business is on a corner, no parking lot. But the street is free and plenty of street for most everyone
What I'm guessing is the owner was incredibly rude and was cursing in front of customers. He was irritated with the phone ringing for orders so he took it off the hook and was rude and somewhat condescending towards a doordash

Owner decided to treat dashers like garbage because he thinks he can, yells and cusses out an old woman who’s just trying to do her job, don’t ever come here and refuse all dashes to this location, because if he wants to be a garbage human why should anyone give him

Owner says It’s too difficult to put the correct prices and items on their website. As a result, I paid for something they were out of or no longer offer. A real disappointment when ordering pizza for a family get-together. I called the store and eventually reached young people that couldn’t care less if there was an issue with the order. On a positive note, if you reach out to the store on their website, the owner does read the complaints. I left my number for a Manager call back. Don’t bother making suggestions though, the owner is overly defensive and communicates that they do everything correctly. While talking to the owner, I realized “the customer is always WRONG”. Poor food quality for the price. Too many better options for pizza in Lorain. I gave Selenti’s Pizza my last shot. I never thought anything I have eaten from there was worth the money. Frozen items from the grocery heated in the oven is just as good.

ordered pizza sub with gluten free bread and anti pasta salad with ceazar dressing !!!! what I got was pizza sub on regular italian bread and anti pasta salad with italian dressing !!! their menu said gluten free subs !! I have celiac disease and now I will suffer for the next whole week at least. if you have celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. do order from they dont care enough to read your extra comments that they have a special box for on their order form !!!! Will definitely never buy from again !!!
