Who every worked today September 5th 2023 was absolutely rude after SHES stopped making my sandwich to go to the back and grab someone a lid she rudely continued to make my sandwich while I’m still nice and then when don’t tosses my sandwich on counter. Your staff is rude get new employees!

Door Dashed from this place no manager Elizabeth said that they are all in training there. Order was completely wrong..four veggie subs and they didn't place the vegetables on the right sub it's ridiculous, then when you call they tell you to call back in 20 minutes that they're packed. No refund on your doordash she was very rude and hung up!

I absolutely loved the service I recived yesterday from an short girl with tats and dark hair she was the sweets and was working so hard yesterday I hope get recognized for her hard work looks like she was running the store by her self while other boy was on phone

Betty was extremely rude over the phone. I called because my sub was wrong and she said to just come back for the missing items. When I asked if there is anything else that can be done as it is pouring raining out she said no then I won’t do anything for you. I asked for her name and she hung up. So I came back up WITH the uneaten sub and asked for refund. She said no again. Just take what your missing items. I said no I want a refund and she called her manager lying about the situation and calling me names. I have never been yelled at or treated so unfairly. I hope Betty was just in a bad mood today and this isn’t how she treats Lorain residents regularly. She called me so many horrendous names infront of other customers.
