6:20pm today February 15th 2024 I went to subway at Walmart sandwich was good but my bread was hard as hell was breaking apart!!!! I guess it’s because they have young people 17 and 15 running the place!!! I go here all the time but it would be nice if I can get fresh bread instead of days old bread Smdh!!!! So I guess I have to go all the way back to Walmart to get my daughter and myself a fresh sandwich AGAIN!!!!

I ordered the italiano hotshot sandwich TWICE on doordash, and both times it was made completely incorrectly with no meat. I walked up there and asked for it to be made correctly, and the young man working there pulled out a whole tray of moldy bread right in front of me, threw away 4 and tried to salvage 1 before throwing it away. They are clearly understaffed and didn’t have a manager, they seem like good people with good intentions but they should not be handling food in my opinion. The food on the line looked old and stale.

It's definitely disappointing when employees are rude and it can impact your overall dining experience. Customer service is an important aspect in the food service industry. The African American employee here needs training when dealing with the public. She’ seems to have a bad day everyday. I’ll probably never eat here again.

I'd give zero stars if possible. Kid that took my order first talked to some people that came after me that brought him a phone charger and gave them a bag of food and cups and then when i ordered i asked for double bacon, which they charged me for but on a footlong with double bacon only got 9 slices for $11???Horrible service . My first and last time here

Scumway gets the trash stamp of the year. See photo to see exactly why I don't go to this greedy overpriced corporation for years at a time. When do they start giving back to the customers and actually give them what they pay for!!! Cheap and trash!! Terrible corporation with no regard for customers. Skim skim skim and portion out to the point it's barely a sandwich but charge $10!! I can name so many mom pop shops that make much larger subs and more fulfilling sandwiches for a fraction of what Scumway charges! They don't care either. You call them and they refuse to refund you or do anything for you. If you like HOT GARBAGE, then visit your local Scumway today! Slogan should be Scumway, give less!
