I ordered a sandwich for my brother who lives in a nursing home. Doordash was supposed to deliver it but they never did. I spoke with the store and they refunded me the money for the sandwich but doordash refused to refund me their portion saying that Subway should do so. Why does Subway deal with doordash when they have such poor customer service?

Ordered online paid for extra protein when I got home you could barely see any tuna my husband commented wow a vegetarian sub from subway. Called the store was told I could come back or come in next day. Came in next day was told they would have to check cameras. REALLY!!! What a crock. Will never visit here again!

Walked in to order food and my ten year old needed to use the bathroom. The worker told her their bathroom isn’t for the public despite the door having a restroom sign on it facing the lobby. Lost a $40 sale.
Okay so I get that people have bad days, but for the employees at this location EVERY day is a bad day. You can smell their attitudes as soon as you walk in the door and they act mad about having to take your order. If you call your spouse to ask about their veggies? They don't like that. They will call you out and say that YOU'RE being rude for being on the phone. My husband went in to order a salad and they said in unison "we don't cut salads". First of all, that's not a salad. That's a slice of cheese, lunch meat and lettuce in a bowl. That is an unmade sandwich. Why you can't chop a salad is beyond me.If I'm being totally honest, I don't even blame the employees. I'm willing to bet my bottom dollar that they are underpaid and overworked. Maybe if management would treat their employees better they wouldn't be so rude to the customers.

So i walked into subway with my brother and his friend (his friend was ordering). The person behind the counter told us he was not serving my brothers friend because apparently over a year ago he had went to that subway with his other friend and claimed that the other friend was making fun of one of the employees, and he pretty much kicked us out of subway. I’m not sure if he is even allowed to refuse service especially about something from over a year ago and it wasn’t even him who was making fun of someone it was his friend. Very rude man behind the counter. Told us if we have a problem to bring our mom up there. Terrible service.

The guy there that took the order is Mark. He was rude, my brother was in the phone to get the order correct. He told him "fyi it's harder when people are on there phones. So I called the manager and she was rude as well. I will never go here again!
