Came here on lunch break, I ordered the cheesesteak salad. Dude, it was so good!!! Next time, I'd ask for lighter on the cheese and extra hot peppers. But it was fantastic and came out fast. Definitely coming back!

I had been trying to find a GOODT cheesesteak in northeast ohio for so long and one day stumbled across this place. THEY KNOW HOW TO MAKE A CHEESESTEAK!!! BEST HANDS DOWN… Love the steaks and the cheesy tots omg Game Changer? but I had to slow down going here due to the food started getting very salty bc the cook is heavy handed with the seasoning and was overcooking my tots…so haven’t been in a long time. But still the best in northeast Ohio. And it helps that the owner is from PHILLY PHILLY!!! Home of the best cheesesteaks ever!!!

Sub was not only nasty but also dry and the bun was crumbling on top. The meat was so dry and had no seasoning. It was absolutely ridiculous. I don't know what kind of onions they use but they were not fried. They were very white in cubes and not fried. Cube tomatoes as well. Fries were under cooked and soggy. I don't know what they mean by "original sub " nothing original about it all. Never had a steak sub like that before. Never again$35.00 in the trash and money wasted

Hello Foodies this is Steven the foodie guy here what a disappointment I had a large original cheesesteak it was so same size as my mother's small what a rip-off The Cheesesteak itself the meat it was very poor quantity they chopped it up so it looks like diced tomatoes or something like that that's not a real cheesesteak you should be ashamed of yourself saying that you are the original your meat does not look like Pat's Cheesesteak or Gino's in downtown Philadelphia will I ever come back here again hell no what a waste of $17 for me.what a bad ,lousy cheesesteak,so finely diced the meat the meat is supposed to be the star of the show not a dud the only thing that was actually a straight line was the bread nice and soft and a little bit chewy. The guy did say however I'll make you another one but no I can tell when something's bad the very first time that's not going to get any better I'm talking please look it's a shame from 0 to 10 or 1 to 10 2.5 or less I will never come back here ever again to waste more money I got to be a fool if I did

I was checking out and noticed a custom fee on my order I asked what it was and the lady at the register said let me check I don’t knowShe asked and could her the owner say it’s for using a credit card if scheduling got a problem with it then she better pay with cash he was very loud and rudeI left I don’t give my money to companies that are rude to me

Very clean place with extremely hospitable staff. Both young men where helpful and friendly. My husband's family is from Philly so we know a good cheesesteak when we have it and this was definitely in good competition!!! It compares itself to the Philly cheese steak and it is a true claim!! Don't forget the ketchup! I love the facts about cheesesteak and hoagies as well that are on the wall. Nice touch! There are six in our family and the dining area was accoommadating for us all, even the kids! Until we come back again Authentic Cheesesteak of Lorain Ohio!!! Thanks!
