Everytime I go to this place they give me garbage ?️ The last time I went there, the order was messed up. They gave me the wrong sizes of the pizzas I wanted, left off toppings and the requested sause, and worst of all burned the crust and over cooked the pizzas. The customer service on the phone was garbage. The young lady didn't know her job from a hole in the ground. She was very rude and uneducated about how to do her job at all. They use to be a good pizza place but the staff now serves trash. I will Never go back. DO NOT Go There till they fire that young lady on the phone and the uncaring cooks that make pizzas.

Taste like they bought the cheapest cheeseThey could find. Little ceaser taste better.Greasy , the pepperoni was under the cheese, so not even cooked. Would recommend NOT even trying this place.Waste of money. And we waited 10 min longer then they said in dirty little lobby

Pizza never disappoints. I’ve been eating this pizza for my entire life. Drive by many pizza places to get to Fran’s (Yala’s).
Best place for pizza takeout. Good place to go if you like oily pizza. They also have a wall that people can place a pin on the map of the US from where you are from. Connecticut and rhode island were too full :(

I love the drive thru. Hawaiian pizza was very good, lots toppings. Will go back.
Fran's (formerly Yala's Pizza) is a Lorain institution. You can order pickup and go inside to grab it or go through the drive-thru. There are different options of pizza. It seems they have updated, and you can order through Door Dash delivery or pickup, which is nice. The customer service was good, and the pizza is always cheesy delicious. If you want Frans pizza, you have to say it because they serve Eliseo's pizza as well.

A sunset stroll down the Mile Long Pier to see the historic Port of Lorain Light House!2. Witness the Charles Berry “Bascule” Bridge fully open and close!3.Order/eat a Frans aka “Yalas” Pepperoni & Sliced Sausage Pizza. “Considered by many, including me, to be the best pizza in America”

Completely in disbelief with this place and how it has changed kids taking orders but not doing their job correctly. Went to order pizza got asked 3 times for my cards number and then had to repeat expiration date with someone else on phone I’m asking why this is and everytime they take a number they put me on hold so wasn’t comfortable and stated that something was not right for them to keep doing it. So I went up to pay with cash asked who the manager was was told this one girl was and she was at window I told her my problem she wanted to be smart about it when I asked for the manager info she said she was I’m like your not the owner in the shift manager I need to talk to the owner. I contacted the store after I left and asked to speak to a a manger the same girl then stated we are busy there isn’t a manager Available repeatedly asked for her name she didn’t want to provide just all the way around awful experience and young people being rude because someone isn’t liking them having to repeat themselves when providing card information and being put on hold. Lady wanted to say because she was mad I told her she was young and I’ll have manager deal with problem she then stated you don’t know my age he will take care of you wanting to go back and forth.
