We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary at Copper Pot! It was such a great experience! The food and drinks are like no other. The service was still excellent despite the restaurant being slammed with Landoll's prom. We look forward celebrating more anniversaries there in the future.

The kitchen outdid themselves. One of the best meals we've had in OH ever. Definitely ranked in our top 10. Loved the stuffed mushroom appetizer, saffron crab cakes, and shrimp pasta special. The homemade blueberry jam that came with the complimentary bread was also out of this world.

We visited for my husband's birthday. Our server was attentive and efficient as well as friendly! The food was great (a little more expensive that we are used to but so is everything anymore). I was surprised that the work flow wasn't affected by the big prom that was going on, but it wasn't! So grateful. I would encourage anyone that loves a themed environment and that feeling that you're somewhere unique to definitely give them a try!

Our steak was ordered medium rare but was delivered well done, baked potato was not cooked at all. The fish was charred on one side and completely raw on the other. The wait staff were very friendly and helpful.

Food was ok at best - nothing fancy. My husband got the short ribs and they were awesome. Meatloaf and bruschetta chicken just ok. Mashed potatoes were lumpy and cold. Brussel sprouts were not tender or cooked right. Server was not friendly and didn't clear our plates or table - we had to box our own food without offer to assist.

We had Easter Brunch at Landoll'a castle. The food was very disappointing. Absolutely no seasoning and the quality of food was not impressive. The assorted desserts were frozen dried out brownies and frozen dried out danishes. We will not be back for any future dinners.

The food was very mediocre and cold to temperature. We waited approximately five minutes before being acknowledged to get our table and then another five minutes before our reader came to greet us. We had reservations at 1 o'clock, alot of the food had run out. The cost was outrageous for what you got. The grounds were beautiful, but extremely disappointing for the amount of money that was spent and the time to get there.

Don't do it! Sooooo disappointed! We had dinner during the week. We really wanted to like it. Mediocre food. Middle of the road service. Loud and bright. We thought it would be charming and romantic. Felt and looks like a diner. So many great restaurants in wooster with much, much better food, pricing and atmosphere.

My wife and I had our anniversary dinner here. Our waiter, Roger, was outstanding. He got to us right away and was very attentive. A very good waiter, he brought my wife her drink right away. Our appetizer was the fried ravioli and it was good. I had the Walleye and my wife had bruschetta chicken, both were really good. Roger brought out our desserts and we could not eat all of them, so we got a container to go. A lovely place to go for any occasion.

We were so excited to go to the castle and then eat at Copper Mug. My children ordered kids cheeseburgers and I ordered the sirloin with scalloped jalapeños potatoes. The kids said theirs were “okay”, but my 40.00 steak was 30.00 of fat. I ended up putting salt, pepper, and butter on the potatoes because there just wasn't any flavoring at all. What meat I actually got from my steak was tough and chewy. Our server Roger was not attentive at all and smelled of cigarette smoke. Very dissapointing over all

Ok this place is in the middle of nowhere Ohio. Part of an event center that is supposed to be inspired by the original owners time in Germany during and after the war.The food was good on par for the area. The atmosphere was good a weird fairy tale mixed with rustic feel. Beer selection was decent didn’t have a problem there. The staff well she wasn’t bad but one person serving 6 tables at once two of the tables were parties of 8. Service unfortunately suffered. Not putting this on the single server but on management for not staffing and supporting them while being crushed on the floor.

Amazing place. Back in off the beaten path. We were there during the week and it was really quiet and not busy. Booked the igloo experience for my wife's birthday. It was lots of fun and beautiful. The food was amazing as well. Also the server was very informative and provided great service. Thank you

Where to start? Roger, our server, was phenomenal. Easily the best service we have experienced anywhere, by far. The food was both beautiful and delicious. Our cocktails were tasty, original and reasonably priced, given the quality and the location. 100% will return, we loved it!

We both had the salmon and it was terrific! Service was outstanding and dinner came out quickly. We would both highly recommend for a great place to have a lovely dinner . We had breakfast there the next morning also. If you haven't been there give it a try you won't regret it.

We arrived 10 minutes early, & were seated immediately as the restaurant was not busy. Waitress took our order of drinks & appetizers and meal, commenting she would put our appetizer order right in. She returned with drinks, but we had to ask for straws, silverware & appetizer plates. She came back with 2 straws, despite the fact there were 4 of us. She hurried away, came back about 5 minutes later with a platter of bread. Again we had to ask for table service. She left to get it, but after another 5 minutes, we took the silverware/napkins/plates from an empty table beside of ours. After 45 minutes and no appetizers we asked a different server (ours was MIA) for the manager to find out where our appetizers were. He was not very apologetic; made excuses for the chef and said they would be right out. They arrived minutes later, but the crab stuffed mushrooms were terrible. We placed 2 orders of them so we could each have 1, and no one had more than one bite. In fact, my friend spit hers out. The main course arrived before we were finished with the appetizers (which wasn't long, because one of them wasn't even edible), which is completely inappropriate. My husband had salmon and it was terribly dry. He said the flavor wasn't bad, but not great. He ate about half. One had the chicken alfredo, and she said the chicken had no flavor as if it wasn't seasoned. Two of us had the short ribs. They were okay, but nothing spectacular. They were more like a roast. But the potatoes were cold and lumpy. There was a wedding going on in the ballroom and it is my opinion they cannot support a wedding reception and the restaurant at the same time. Our waitress took off $10 from our bill, because I ate very little and because my husband told them about the dry salmon. They didn't take anything off the bill for the terrible delay of food or service for the other couple & our waitress was rude. We will NEVER go back there, or recommend Landoll's to anyone. Super disappointing.
