“I love this Dunkin! The staff is amazing. I visit every single day (sometimes more) and order an extra large coffee with 5 cream and 10 liquid cane sugars. Each time I stop by it is like visiting family. Some of these reviewers need to relax and realize this is just coffee and donuts! If getting the number of creams wrong leaves you feeling disgusted perhaps some relaxation skills are in order. Its. Just. Coffee.“

“Our server was great bless her heart. Our food, and ambience were also top level in an intimate setting. The only reason I can rate 5* was the 1 1/2 hour wait for our order after it was placed. They comp us 2 free deserts though and our waitress really was fantastic.“

“Finally had some time to try the cafe while doing the Stark Coffee Crawl during my vacation time. It's a beautiful place with a heartwarming mission. Located inside an outlet shopping area; small inside but there's a large room for larger parties and a cute little cozy seating nook with a take-one/leave-one book shelf. The service is very friendly and they have a good size menu for food and drinks. Loved my holiday chai latte“

I asked for a coffee stirrer to mix some medicine in my drink once and not only did they remember, but they offered it to me before I even asked the next time I went!I really can’t get over how great this place is. “I typically go for coffee in the morning and it's definitely my favorite spot. The coffees are fantastic, especially their monthly recommendations, and their muffins are great too. They have a wide seating area and a large patio that's always accessible as well ? I definitely recommend it!Parking: There is parking designated only to the cafe and then there is and additional public parking spot all surrounding the cafe“

“Taggarts is a good old fashioned Ice Cream establishment...and it is FANTASTIC! They also have excellent food on their restaurant menu. The homemade texture and QUALITY of Taggarts ice cream is a Canton and Stark County mainstay. Pure quality. There is no substitute.Parking: Parking is limited to on street parking. Not ideal but also very doable. Regardless, Taggarts is worth the trip!“

“Great coffee and friendly staff but bought some beans and noticed after that they have no roast date on them. Only found out later that they're likely old as I have to adjust my grind big time out of what I normally do with fresh beans. Won't buy beans again but will still grab a cup of coffee when in the area.“

“I've been eating this place for the past 20 years and it has only gotten better and better over the years. Doesn't matter if you're dining in, taking it to go, or having it delivered...this is some of the best food you're going to find in northeast Ohio. Finding it in grubhub recently has been incredible since I'm not in the area very often at all. Double bacon cheeseburger (sub pepperjack) with fried pickles hits the spot every time! And their shakes are great as well! ? ? ?“

“What a fantastic spot! I had never been to Shale Craft Coffee and was happy to see a small parking lot. Easy to pull in and out of and there is also a drive-thru!I went inside and the space is wonderful, it makes me wish I lived closer so I could work from the shop! The two girls working behind the corner were super friendly and great at what they did. They, despite being busy, delivered fantastic service. And coffee!I was having a hard time deciding what flavor to get and the girl that took my order made me feel so reassured, it's really the little things that make an experience at a new place memorableI ordered a large cold brew with oat milk, an extra shot of espresso, and sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup and it was awesome! “I was in town for Pro Football Hall of Fame induction weekend. I looked up Downtown Canton's website for restaurants and I decided to give this restaurant a try on a Saturday evening. I enjoyed the service; the owner was welcoming, the bartenders were friendly plus Chloe, one of the bartenders, always checked in to make that I was having good experience. I really liked the Purple Rain cocktail even though I'm not a big consumer of alcohol. I also enjoyed the Garlic Parmesan wings (wished I would've ordered more to take back to my hotel lol). As good as the mac n' cheese was; I wished it was served in a bowl or on a small saucer instead of a plastic container. I would patronize this place when I come back to Canton again.“
