So i’ve seen this Dunkin in particular sooo many times driving back and forth from college and I finally decided to try it out. I can safely say I won’t be back.My drink was good, but I don’t know how you get a jelly donut when you ask for a strawberry one? I used to be a barista at a different Dunkin location, when people say they want a strawberry donut it usually means a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles, NOT a jelly donut. If I wanted a jelly donut I would’ve explicitly asked for one.The cashier had a chance to fix her mistake after she dropped my donut in the drive thru and when she asked me again I replied “Can I have a strawberry donut please” and I AGIAN received a jelly donut in which I did NOT ask for.If I was not starving and already pissed off enough I would’ve walked inside and asked for my strawberry donut. But at that point I just wanted to go home and it wasn’t worth the hassle.

The last couple 2 times wegot dounuts filled with the cream was barely any cream in the donuts very small amounts of cream they sure changed the dounuts at cleveland ave on canton and Louisville dounuts shop mybe because this prices of food supplies went up is why it getting less in the dounuts.
I was given an entire box of the wrong donuts. The staff wasn't really happy ( and made it known) that I said something about it and they had to correct it. How sad if you really dislike your job so much find another one.

Gave me iced coffee and didn’t even break up the ice. It was a huge solid block! I couldn’t even put my straw into the bottom of the cup.Also the Slowest place ever. They leave you wait 5+ minutes before even taking your order at the drive thru and you wait another 10 just to get a single cup of coffee that’s made poorly
