What an awesome place in Louisville! I normally post pictures but this time, I forgot. I will definitely get some next time I go in. I've been to UnHitched multiple times and they've never let me down. All the food and drinks that I've had are outstanding, top tier!- Pizza- Brussel Sprouts- Pita Bread- General Tso Chicken Sandwhich- Soft Pretzel- Smash Burger- Chili- Meatball Sub- Fries- Friday Fish- Beer- Wine- Spiced MuleAll the servers have been nice, friendly, and attentive.The decor in this Brewery is awesome and has history!

The onion dip is a MUST!! Savory and just the right amount of onions and the chips are salted to perfection. The smashburger was terrific. I got mine with everything my husband got his plain but we each liked it. The smashburger with everything that it's normally served with is bursting with flavor both sweet and savory. If you aren't a fan of sweet just take off the pickles. (I kept mine on for half of it and enjoyed the flavor but my desire for savory won out) My husband loved sampling the beers thru the flights. The flights of beer came with 4 different samples. Of the ones he chose his favorite was the Waldbier followed by LaMennias. We will definitely be back!! The prices were reasonable.

Great food in a casual dining environment. We loved trying their beers in the flight boxes and found them all delicious. Service was excellent, friendly and engaging. Suitable for families, groups, or a double date.

Great local spot in the small town where I grew up. This place seriously puts it on the map. We tried one of the pizzas and the steak frites. Both were fantastic. Instead of beer, we each had an old fashioned. It was strong and well-made. It was a little loud in the venue, but once you get past that, you're in for a treat. I remember when this was a bowling alley and we used to walk across the street from the old junior high for freshman gym class to bowl. They did a great job reimagining the space and I have been wanting to come here for several years. Strong work, you guys! You are making Louisville a very cool place. I like the vibe here now.

Good size and tasty. Maybe could use a little bit more sauce but that’s my only mild complaintGeneral Tsao’s Brussels Sprouts drizzled in Yum-Yum sauce should be illegal. So good. Fantastic idea!!Pork carnitas tacos were excellent and the honey pizza is something special.If this place was closer, I might be a regular!Can’t wait to take my wife there.This place rocks!
