I had a craving for a fish sandwich and it was lunch time so a drive thru was in order. The place was busy around 1 pm but the line moved quickly. Ordering and payment was easy coupled with friendly service made for a good experience. My sandwich was prepared properly and tasted great! Thanks.

My husband got the wildgoose steak house burger. It was really pink on inside and mushy like raw hamburger. Was told that's how they are made. Sorry raw meat in not good.

Typical Arby's which I love their Roast Beef, I love putting both sauces on mine, and like the Curly Fries, I don't like the Crinkle cut fries, they are soggy & terrible, they have an excellent Apple Turnover, & for a different sauce, ask for a side of Super Sauce.
This location on Loveland Madeira has not always been the best. They used to forget items a lot the food would be cold...The drinks would be wrong etc. The service was horrible, it was a bunch of kids with really bad attitudes. I watched a girl who worked a window once walk outside after her shift and throw a giant drink at her manager's car. I don't know if they're under New Management or what but the quality of the food has improved immensely. It is always hot when I get it. I haven't had a missing item or a wrong order in the last six times I've gone to them. So if you stop going to him because of bad service or mistakes, you might want to give him another chance because they have gotten much better!!! The service is always with a smile and everyone's very attentive and helpful now. They hired some really great people! Great job guys!

Stopped by here the other day to pick up fries for a birthday party. Staff was great and so were the fries. Clean bathrooms.Also, I checked and it is true: They really do have the meats.
