Love my BB crew at the Loveland location! Promptly greeted when I walk in, quick at making my order (even when I have multiple orders for my co-workers), and to top it off, ALWAYS have a nice little message/reminder on my bag and bowl/cup. Literally the best in the biz!
Impressed with my first few visits. Smoothies were great early on when they first opened. Just went again after a few months and there was a different group working this time. The quality was much worse and I was very disappointed. I hope this doesn’t continue because I love this location. Hope for the best especially with playa bowls incoming.
