This is consistently the best BK I've been to. I moved out of Loveland and started going to the Fields Ertel store - awful! Inconsistent, stale, blech! But Loveland always blows me away with how tasty and fresh they are, every time. An absolute delight after Fields Ertel's mediocrity.

While all burger kings provide pretty bad service nowadays, this location provides the worst by far within an hour long radius. I work 2 minutes away, and I’ve started driving the 20-ish minutes to the Union Cemetery or Milford locations because it’s worth the extra drive for better service. I am not one to write reviews. The only thing I’m hoping to get out of this review is to advise anyone who is looking these reviews up considering going here to choose another location. Another reviewer said that they have never once gotten their order right. I can confirm my experience has been the same. Never once. I’ve probably been here 20 times, and been able to get food 7 of them. Yes, less than half of the time. That is not an exaggeration. Obviously restaurants are going to have system issues or things break. But it seems to be a weekly issue at this location. I wouldn’t advise placing mobile orders, because you won’t find out the issues until you arrive and were already charged…and you can’t cancel your own orders. You have to go through customer service and wait days for a refund. The food is never fresh - it is either cold or seems re-cooked. Which is ironic considering I’ve been asked to pull up and wait for 5 minutes or more for every order I’ve gotten here, despite being the only one there the entire time. It’s not even worth going back through the drive thru to get the correct thing. Some staff is friendly, but most of the time it feels like it’s not genuine or they’re not friendly at all. Then again, with unreliable systems and appliances it seems like they’re set up to deal with complications regularly - so I don’t blame them. Also, for some random reason, my impossible whoppers here always taste “off” to me, which probably is a result of the fact that I’ve never had fresh lettuce used. With that being said - it’s worth driving further away to a better location. Especially if you’re in a hurry and need everything correct and done in a timely manner, or if your food being fresh is essential.

Big sign out front said lobby was now open, went up to the doors and store was locked. I understand it is hard to find people to work but take down your sign.

Was charged a different price then it showed on the board. Girl at the window said the price had changed, when I questioned her about it she said she just took the money and slammed the drive thru window closed.

Drive thru order, 2 whoppers, large chicken fry w/BBQ sauce and a large fry. Got both whoppers and French fries. Got a small chicken fingers and ZERO BBQ.
Their fries are a go to snack, so I get them a few times a month. They tasted like old cheap grease. This location also refused to microwave the impossible burger for me.

The only 1 that has the left over play land from the 80's , of course it closed but not lock , my daughter couldn't understand that one. A few more mins , my food would of been cook all the way, let my daughter taste my burger i got, and we both ended up sour bellies. Better training on the grill, will work wonders for peoples stomachs . If it improves i give a better rating .
