Very unprofessional , the cashier did not know how to use their own app and bluntly said i don't have the app on my phone , after figuring out how to use the app , she was not willing to help with the offers or promotions , the seniors in store also who were trying to use the app they got the same answer. This particular Dunkin was very busy on a Sunday morning. The drive thru was a long line so we opted to go in. Between the drive thru, online orders, and counter orders they did a great job of keeping orders moving. Our order was 100% correct hot and fresh.

Very fast fast food. Friendly staff. Coffee excellent. Had the sausage and egg on English muffin. Muffin was substantial, s but too big for the sandwich. Needed toasted more, a bit doughy texture.
