We have visited at least a dozen times, but tonight was an all time best. Our server, Hunter was awesome in all categories. Super friendly, helpful, and fast. He definitely deserves some recognition for going above and beyond. The food was great as always and we will be back again soon.

I just do pick up here. Other than the occasional error, it is pretty good. We pick up there at least monthly. I will say that it has more errors than Goshen.

Ordered 1 pizza, it was sent to wrong location. The driver said he would have his store fix the issue and my pizza was sent to another WRONG address. I then tried to just order another pizza and the lady taking my order was very disrespectful, she transferred me to management and I spent 20 minutes on hold. Then I received a phone call 10 minutes later saying the call center declined my order and I had to call again to order my pizza. The new lady taking my order then proceeded to argue with my boyfriend over what our address is like we don’t know what it is, lady we live here. So we will see if I even get my pizza. Very disappointed in the customer service.

We placed a large carry out order on Veteran's Day over the phone. When we arrived the employee who helped us was very courteous. She even applied a Veteran's discount that the guy over the phone said did not exist! She made a good experience into a GREAT experience! Semper Fi & Agape, Capt. Let's see, where do I begin......terrible food, terrible service, management dont know what good customer service is and surely dont understand what the term customer retention means. Had an issue with the pizza we ordered which turned into a bigger problem with the mgt. We will not be returning to any larosa's ever!

Tonight we ordered 2 large pizzas and one calzone for carry out. Upon arriving at home, we discovered the crust for the pizzas was undercooked and doughy. The calzone was the opposite and overcooked. We immediately contacted customer service where they offered to have the store remake our order and that I'd have to go back down and pick it up. No offer to have a driver deliver it. I drove back to the store where I waited almost an hour for my food to be remade (it was supposed to have been ready when I got there), only to have one of the remade pizzas be also undercooked. At this point, it's now hoping 3rd time is the charm. Over 2 hours after my original order I was able to go home with food in hand. The complete lack of quality and the attitude I received from both customer service and in store staff was beyond unacceptable. Maybe next time instead of letting staff know they're sending out undercooked food I will instead call the health department and report them. We won't be going back after this fiasco.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner on a Tuesday (5/30/23) night. We got there around 7:30 pm. We were seated right away with menus. At this time, there were only two other tables with customers in the restaurant, so it wasn't crowded at all. We sat there for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to bring waters or just acknowledge our presence. One server walked by us to bring the check to another customer. Another server wiped a table down across from us. Not one person said, "We'll be right w you." My husband and I ended up walking out of the restaurant. I very rarely write a negative review, but this was ridiculous.

Larosa loveland maderia rd loveland ohio. Ck ur order b 4 leaving! Becoming just like all other restaurants raised prices and leave half ur food out or give incorrect food item! No wonder there's no lines anymore in the fast food lines! Let's screw our customers!! My Visit to larosa was on may 7 2023 sucks the kids working can't put all the things u ordered in the bag!!!! Probably won't be back because of this but they sure take ur money! Try to call them on hold 4 hours because manager don't answer the phone!! Bye bye larosa hope this hurts u!Parking: Fair amount
