My experience at this establishment was AWFUL. It is very rare that I file a complaint with corporate, but in this case, it was an easy decision. I’m not even sure where to start. I ordered through my mobile app. One sub, and a very simple order. When I arrived I walked in to find a young lady sitting legs crossed on the back counter with AirPods in. I tried a few times to get her attention with no luck. She never looked up. Finally a young man walked out of back and helped me retrieve my sandwich. She NEVER looked up from her book. Furthermore, my sandwich was pitiful. There was almost no meat on the sandwich and the bacon was incredibly undercooked. Pics are attached. Probably wouldn’t come back here under any circumstances; and I suggest that you do not either.

Unfortunately, I will no longer order from this restaurant. Employee cut his finger, covered with a bandaid, put a clear food glove on, and finished making my sandwich. As he was putting the toppings on my sandwich, I could see the blood from his finger spread and continue to bleed. I was trying really hard to be nice and polite. But when he started wrapping the sandwich up, some blood got on the sandwich wrapper (through the glove!). When the other employee started to check me out, I told her I was concerned about his cut finger. She offered to check the sandwich. As she starts unwrapping the sandwich, I saw more blood on the wrapper. She offered to remake the sandwich, but at this point, I was thoroughly disgusted and told her no thank you and walked out. I understand that accidents happen and these employees were young, but you just can't mess around with blood! I hope the manager or owner sees this and makes sure to retrain staff about this.

We come here every Sunday for lunch after we do our grocery shopping. The staff is friendly, the online ordering is so simple. They are never late completing our order. Restaurant is kept clean food is good too

My least favorite Subway around. Meatballs sit for too long and the sauce is crusty. Employees are kind of rude.

Just walked out the door after going in to buy a sandwich, seeing 3 people ordering at the counter with no mask, leaning over to talk to the employees.Clearly customer safety/ sanitation is not a priority at this location. Would reccomend that you stay clear.

Could've been better, the girl hardly listend to anything I said and nearly messed my sandwich up and the lady in front of me. She was by herself and of course the guy in the back didnt even care to come out and see if she needed any help. Never have had an issue until today soooo.

Bread was stale and no ingredient put on my sandwich tasted or looked fresh. Service was lousy. It took me 15 minutes to get my sandwich while the entire store was empty
