Don't go here. The owners that have taken over this place are rude and just want your money. I get coupons in the mail for the quite often for here. Now, all of a sudden, they don't take them. The one owner told me it costs $8 to make this sandwich, and if he takes coupons, he doesn't make any money. So my 2 sandwiches were $25. Not worth it. I should have walked away, but I know for a fact, I won't be back!!!!!

If giving a place no stars was an option that would be preferred. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location. They only offer the coupon online so I ordered online. As I ordered and am waiting on my food they are taking care of everyone in the store as I’m sitting at the table waiting on my order. Then the app tells me my order is ready, and when I went up she was rude about it say it wasn’t ready and continued to help the people in line in the store. Then I asked if I could at least get the cups for my drink, and she said you’ll have to wait. So I continue waiting. As I’m waiting the line keeps growing and it’s taking them FOREVER to get sandwich’s made and out. Another lady walked in and had 20 minutes to get to work, they were also angry with how long it was taking. Between getting there and waiting on my food it took an hour which is absolutely unacceptable. Then I leave and on the app there was no place to put no marinara on the sandwich I went in a politely asked where I’m suppose to put on the app that I would not like Mariana if there’s no button and he began raising his voice and throwing his arms stating “we don’t make the app” EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years and not one time do you treat a customer this way WHOSE SPEAKING TO YOU POLITELY. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I came all the way from Rhode Island to visit family, the experience was all so amazing until i came here. We were all trying to get some sandwiches and the workers were rude and CHEAP! I ordered an Italian BMT. Now how are you going to not add as much meat, but DROWN the sandwich in lettuce??? All the cookies were gone so my kids couldn’t get any cookies. And when my cousin asked if they could get one more sandwich for our grandma, they rolled their eyes, huffed and puffed, and they were shouting at him when he asked politely if they could repeat what they just said. im usually magnanimous, but this was a TERRIBLE SUBWAY, TERRIBLE WORKERS, TERRIBLE SPOT TO GO TO. GO TO ANY OTHER ONE. NEVER THIS ONE!!

Manager/Owner is very rude and cheap! All I wanted was a Roast Beef and Turkey. But as he put it " can't do that because roast beef is too expensive ". I then asked if there was a different way to order it. He then repeated "no, roast beef is too expensive ". Once I told the story to friends and family, they all said they stopped going to that location for that reason. The location near Wolfpen and 28 is way better. Subway needs to thoroughly investigate this clown. Btw, Jersey Mikes has a Turkey, roast beef, Swiss, and hickory smoked bacon sub just down the street.

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. We have not been to this location in I don't even know how long, but it appears it is under new owners. It was so clean and inviting. The order area was exceptionally clean, stocked, and the food actually looked fresh.We ordered 3 subs and they were built like you see them in the commercials. Full of ingredients and not sloppy at all. The staff was smiling, friendly, and very patient with our young daughter as she made her selections. We dined in and the dining area again was so also very clean. I'm glad we gave this location another chance because these new owners are making this a bright spot in Goshen.

Probably the best subway location out there. Fresh and clean. They were cleaning their windows for 2 hours the other day so if they care that much about windows then I'm sure the kitchen is clean as well. Only thing that sucks is they don't accept the promos from online. Overall best subway location.
I ordered online and used the pickup service for the first time here at Subway. It was perfectly on time and the order was exactly the way I wanted it. It was quick. It was easy and I will be using this option again in the future.

This Subway was bought by new owners in January, 2021. I went 2 or 3 times in the summer. Poor service, the store is not clean, and they raised prices. Last time I chose A Chinese Takeout, instead of this Subway. They have lost my business.
