I have been to this location at least four times, giving it the benefit of doubt that perhaps I came on an “off day” however, after my last experience here today I have to say the quality of the food is very poor. Each time my tenders have been so dry I cannot even take a bite. It’s as if they were made in the AM and have been sitting under a heat lamp for the remainder of the day. The toast was so crunchy I had crumbs all over my table after one bite. I’ve never experienced these issues at other locations. Unfortunately it seems like this location has low standards for their food. After a 4th unpleasant visit I will not be returning.The one positive thing I can say is, staff is always friendly and fast.Disappointing to say the least.

I used to have a negative opinion of the place but this recent time I tried it. It was really good. Chicken was juicy. Fries were decent, salted well not too much. Some places you go. They don't sell their fries. These were good and the sauce was good. The bread mmm so good.

Tender towne chicken strips are so much better than Canes. But what happened to the wedge fries!? They were amazing, skinny fries are bland, get cold fast and are not unique. Please consider bringing back the big wedge fries!!!

It's kind of silly to hear everyone complaining because Tender Town portions aren't what they once were. I had their Buffalo wrap meal for the first time today and it was a tasty lunch at a fair $10.99. No, this wrap wasn't big enough for me to make it into 2 meals. But it was hot, tasted good, and the employees were friendly.
