horrible experience! ordered shrimp and scallop risotto, but received only shrimp. rice was clumpy and blend. my wife had some sort of meat dish with a side of mashed potato - meat was ok, but mashed potatoes tasted like something you would get in cheap diner. service was extremely slow, waitress was poorly trained: she messed up many people's orders (i.e. my daughter ordered salad with dressing on the side, the waitress brought a salad with dressing in the salad and also on the side!) This place turned into dump, do not go there!

We went to Brio @ Legacy for Mother's Day. my 89 year old mother and my 100 year aunt. Service was good, however, there were a few things that should have never happened at a nice restaurant such as Brio. We went for brunch at 2:00. they were out of all Bellini's and white wine? The next thing was, my aunt wanted decaf coffee. no more coffee cups. Our waiter came out with a styrofoam cup! There were no coffee cups cleaned. After that was told they had no decaf. He could water down some regular coffee if she wanted that. what!!! after about an hour he did come out with a regular cup. something was definitely not right there. I understand it was Mother's Day, however Brio should have been better prepared for the day. not sure we will be visiting again anytime soon. especially for a holiday.

Horrible experience!! My family (party of 3) was there for Mother's Day with a reservation at 6pm: seated at 645; meal arrive at 745. I understand being busy but to not get to eat at all was ridiculous. Ordered lobster bisque never received it, chopped salad was simply iceberg lettuce without feta or olives (which was my dinner). I was there for 2 plus hours and did not get to eat. The server was obviously exhausted and his service displayed it. My other party enjoyed the lasagna they ordered. Poor service overall.

Because it was Mother's Day, I will base my review on that day. It was extremely crowded and over booked. Staff was pleasant and apologized for the long wait. Our server was respectful and attentive. He apologized over and over because of the long wait time to get our food. We were seated about 15 minutes later than our reservation. It took over an hour to get our meal. I know the restaurant industry is understaffed and are doing the best they can.

It took us 73 minutes to get our food from when we ordered. The food was cold and the chicken was disgusting. We were not the only ones waiting that long. It was very poorly staffed. we said something to the manager when he brought our food to us. He didn't respond and gave us an oh well look.

There were three large tables that were loud. There wasn't any way to get away from the noise. I am happy that business has picked up for Brio so I am not complaining. Just stating a fact.

The place was empty. Our server couldn't find the reservation and was not attentive at all. I couldn't even find her to discuss my choice; I had to ask another server. The food was not as good as the last time. New cook or on the way out?

Prices are outrageous, our waitress was also the bartender. She kept going back to the bar to tend the bar.We had to keep waiting for her to return to take care of us.Twice we had to ask another waitress to get our waitress for us.

Our server Katreena was very supportive after we spilled water all over the place. She helped us clean and it turned a very embarrassing situation upside down. The food was very tasty as well.

Never again. There was hair in my daughter food and a bug in my pasta. Been sick for 3 days. All the assistant manager (I believe his name Antonio) offered was free desert. Unacceptable
