very weird, disappointing experience. probably never coming back here lol. when i arrived, i let a guy know i had an online order and he said it’d be just a couple minutes, so i paid and sat down with no complaints. i could see they were busy, so i chilled there and scrolled on my phone until my fiancé called saying the app marked the order as completed 20+ mins ago.i went up to the counter to let someone know, saying, “hi, excuse me” and the female employee let me know that someone would assist me in a moment. so i stood at the counter and let them do their thing. once she was done, she gave me the food i was waiting for, i said thanks and i left.when my fiancé left a low review because of the unnecessary wait, he received a call from the manager and apparently that same employee lied, saying that i had an attitude with her when i walked in (mind you, she didn’t even assist me upon arrival) and that i was rude. (??) i’m a server in a restaurant. the last thing i’d ever do is be rude to a food service worker, so i was offended by this claim. (i even went home to my fiancé saying i felt bad for them because there were only 2 employees doing everything).i called back to let them know that i was disappointed in this experience and would be leaving a review. i also expressed my confusion about the lie and where it even came from, since i was extremely patient and polite to the workers and the manager went back and forth with me on the phone instead, because i said “maybe there’s a possibility of the lie being based on a micro-aggression”.

Alex (the general manager) is the coolest guy, simple as that. On September 9th the police closed off Mayfield and we had to cancel our order. He gave us our order for free to make up for that. I wish every restaurant had this kind of 5 star customer service. Thanks Alex!

I usually go to another pizza shop chain, but I thought I’d try Dominoes because I read a positive online review. Large pepperoni for $7.99 was a fair price nowadays, but the pizza was bland—no spice taste. The sauce had no flavor. I won’t return anytime soon.
Petra was the best at making pizza. 20/10 will come back.

This place has great customer service. Nice, on time and clean. The Pizza I got wasn’t very yummy though and I usually just deal with the food if it’s already made but the pizza wasn’t cut and it literally was very hard to eat barely any cheese or sauce like BARELY and the crust was very hard. So I took it back and they tried to make it right by making another. I haven’t gotten my new pizza back yet as I’m waiting for them to remake, but the ease of telling them my problem and getting it remade was great. Just make it yummier the 1st time for that extra star! ?
