Waited 40+ minutes for a messed up coffee order and to watch other customers who came in after me get their orders first. When prompted about the missing coffee, was met with attitude.

There were 2 customers in front of me. One ordered two drinks, which took about 10 minutes to complete. There was only one employee working, so I understood. However, when I ordered my drink, this location didn’t have the first drink I ordered (even though it was advertised on a sign), and she said she could make the next one I ordered (a shaken oat milk espresso). She then ran away and got help although I was the only one in line. I tried to use my stars because I had enough for a free bakery item, and was told you cannot use stars at this location. I was unaware until checking the other reviews that I could have still used my advantage card to earn fuel perks points, but was never made aware of this even though I had asked to use my stars. Then, my drink came out and didn’t taste how it normally does, and was rather gross. I understand that this isn’t a primary starbucks location and the employees may not have been trained as adequately as those at a real location, and am sympathetic as they seemed very stressed out. However, Giant Eagle (or Starbucks… whoever trains them) needs to do a better job at training their employees.

Starbucks inside of Giant Eagle. Not the typical experience, but you can still get your fix if you need to. For some reason, the coffee here just never tasted as fresh as some of the other locations. Considering there is one, not 3 minutes from here, might pay to wait it

Don't like how this isn't considered a real Starbucks. Couldn't use my coupon or points. My drink was not good. It wasn't made the same as when I get it at the other Starbucks.
