This establishment has gone downhil. It's been a while since Ive been to Mr. Hero, and I've always loved the Roman Burger but i stopped yesterday and the whole restaurant looked dirty, the ice machine was broke so they had a styrofoam box with a few cubes of ice in it to use (that seemed unsanitary). I waited a long time for my Roman Burger and waffle fries with cheese sauce. Only to get home to be disappointed. The burger tasted okay, but I think they are going cheap on ingredients. The onion was super hot, I remember them being sweet onions. The waffle fries were over cooked or maybe the oil hadn't been changed in awhile! But the real disappointment was the cheese sauce! What did they do? It used to be the best tasting, thickest sauce. I opened the container to find a watery fowl tasting orange substance and I paid an EXTRA DOLLAR for this! It didn't even stick on the waffle fry. I threw it out. I guess that's the last time I go to Mr. Hero - so sad memories of my childhood are ruined.
The Mr hero is cheaper than other ones and is always so good. I only go to this location now.

Got one of their romanburgers here. Asked for no onions on it. Guess what happened? They piled it with onions. At least the cheesesteak was much more better.

This is my favorite location! The staff is hard working and despite it being busy at times, the cashier is always nice. Orders may take some time if they get a lot of orders but they never stop moving, always trying to get the food out as fast as they can. The customer before me was so rude but the cashier still managed a smile for me. Food is always spot on

Three times now I went 15-20 minutes after they were supposed to be open and they were still not open. Food is good but I no longer take a chance on whether they will be open or not.
