I can't believe how small my sandwiches were, I got the family pack with 4 sandwiches for my family and I haven't felt this ripped off in a while!, since I got Mr. Hero last id say the regular is about half the size of what used to be a 6" sandwich. Its absolutely a rip off and ill never come here again, I had to order a pizza because the kids and I were still hungry.

This mr.hero is the cleanest I've ever been in. Everything I ordered was made to order. Super hot and everything was so good!
Moved out of state and was here for visit. I thought I would love a Roman burger. Walked in and was greeted by a man wearing a t shirt that said “I love boobies” it took a very long time for food for the orders ahead and mine to be assembled. The sandwich itself was nowhere as good as I remembered.

Great food. Prices are always high at any Mr.Hero’s… but we had no cell service and needed to make an important phone call. Window said they offered Wi-Fi.. so we went and asked employee what password to Wi-Fi was and he said there was no Wi-Fi. Well then the sticker needs to be taken down. Employee in front was also watching a movie on his phone, so many perhaps that’s why he said there was “no Wi-Fi”. I don’t care, just take the sticker off window then. (This comment is for the Mr.Heros in Madison,Oh)

Had a horrible experience there tonight! If I could leave no stars I would. Got home with order messed up. Went back and manager refused to fix it. Said he was sorry. If he was sorry he would have fixed it. Horrible business! Never going back there! Beware you don't get what you order!
