Ordered 4 sandwiches for delivery. The sandwiches were terrible, light on meat and toppings. My chicken bacon ranch was missing the 2x cheese all together. When I called to complain, the phone was passed around and could hear the employees laughing in the background. When I asked why the phone kept getting passed around was told everyone went to the bathroom. This is not what I expect when I spend $60 on 4 sandwiches. Will not be back and do not recommend. Would give zero stars if I could.

This subway has something going for it that keeps me coming back more than the taste, the employees here. They are always nice and the store is clean. I have another subway closer to me, but we drive here since we get better service and it's consistent.

The ice machine was broken. They had no sign. Bought a meal. The pop was hot. Asked if could swap for cold in the refrigerator. Said only if I paid. That was not fair. Warm drink I pd for. Then they put ice machine broken. Never offered to return the money for soda.

The current new management doesn't care of the quality of food or service they offer. They also do not honor any Subway coupons. When you start to order they'll tell you that they do and then at check out they'll say they don't take the coupon. Several times the subs have tasted awful. Miss the old owners.

I wish I would have opted for a bowl of cereal tonight in stead of the worse sandwich ever. They got rid of their grilled chicken and to replace it with cold dry over cooked chicken bought from some restaurant depot. What a dry and tasteless sandwich. I commit to never eat here again.good luck, you are now competing with Burger King except I’m sorry to see them go. I really miss the whopper.

I was badly hurt there and left in the ambulance. They had me call Rocksan and I talked to her about it one time. Now she refuses to call me and told me that they have a film of the fall but I cant see it . Also the manager has been told not to talk to me. Going to make a Police Report out. She offerd me money to settle it and now nobody else is going to talk to me. II think you have to be able to to say you can't understand. English to get a job there. My face is going to have permanent scaring and its really sad I can't even talk to the people that are working there to see the tape of my fall. I'm going to find out who the owner is and talk to them about it. They should pay for my hospital bill

Customer service here is definitely "oh you're not a regular I dont need to be nice to you" it's sad the lady I was dealing with was super nice to the people in front of me and behind me. just so happened I knew them as well. Never once was rude so her attitude wasn't justified or needed. The sandwich was good. But sloppy in preparation.

This subway is immaculately clean inside, all the food looked fresh, the serving station was really tidy and the sandwich taste really really satisfyingly good. I would choose this subway over Walmart subway any day.
