The service was good, and the restaurant was clean. Plenty of seating. I ordered the Americana Burrito which consisted white rice, taco meat, pico, sour cream, taco sauce, cheddar, and lettuce. The burrito size was very large, but the taste although good was a little bland. I will order something with a little more but next time.

The day after Christmas, I ordered from here for my family. I had sick kids and wanted an easy meal. I realized the kids’ quesadilla had raw chicken. I called them a few days later and they REFUSE to reimburse me. He said “no one else complained that day of undercooked meat” and wouldn’t give me the corporate number. I have tried to call corporate numerous times and they will not return my phone call. I am VERY upset and will not be returning. Such poor customer service.

My meat was RAW. Literally pink and I couldn’t eat it. Will be bringing it back tomorrow for my money back because these bowls are not cheap. You could kill someone serving them raw food.Edit: they won’t even refund my bowl even though I brought the ENTIRE bowl back because I’m not eating raw meat, and I woke up this morning throwing up. They are about to have a whole lawsuit on their hands because I can sue for a restaurant making me sick

Pretty disappointed. Chose to get hot heads over chipotle. Was a very beige colored meal. The pan seared vegetables were sparse and disappointing. Rice , cheese, meat bland.Should’ve just gotten chipotle.

The people working here are unbelievably numb to smiling or even having any emotion about interacting with the customers. This is one of the worst places to visit. Unfortunately it's the only place close to a burrito like this. This place could kill if they the owners hired some personable employees.

The Rice is bland, and not fluffy. Chicken is so so, the seasoning is just not appealing.The toppings are fresh, lettuce has a nice spread and is crisp. The tomato salsa needs more seasoning or cilantro or something. The cheese tastes like it is some generic, artificial, cheese food.The high light is the choice of sauces available. I like the Taco, friends of mine the sweet habanero and there is a ranch of course.Just my opinion, if they improved the base ingredients, chicken and rice, it would be so much better. Maybe even give thier rival a run. There menu is more expansive than the main competition, and thier prices are also competitive.Vegetarian options: It's all ala cart, so you can skip the meat. .Dietary restrictions: Since you can get a bowl or salad, you can skip the gluten
