I love Jimmy John’s. But not this one. It’s convenient so I’ve been many times to this location. Every. Single. Time I use the drive thru, it’s a solid ten minute wait. I’m usually the first car in line, too. What are they doing in there? It’s not busy inside so I just don’t understand. I don’t think I will be returning.

I filed my original complaint on 1/7 on the Jimmy John’s website and got the common we are sorry email with the promise that someone would be reaching out but here it is over 12 days later and nothing! Horrible food and even worse customer service!

Freaky fast! I ordered at the drive thru and was out of line within 2-3 minutes total. This was the 3rd location in 1 week in 3 different states for the same Turkey unwich. Food was consistent at each location, as it should be for a franchise.Dietary restrictions: They offer an “Unwich” which wraps your sub in iceberg lettuce rather than bread. A nice, healthy and delicious option!

I had a pickup order for 7/30/2023 place at 3:03pm. When I arrived at the store there was no orders on the takeout shelf and I was the only customer in the store. After waiting a few minutes, I asked the employee if my food was ready. She stated “oh we have your order ready. We don’t use that takeout shelf.” After returning to my car noticed there were multiple items missing from my order as well as the meat on my sub was barely on the bread. The worst part about my experience was the amount of F bombs used by the 4 employees working as well as the inappropriate sexual sounds used. It was appalling behavior for individuals in a professional atmosphere. This is something that needs to be corrected!

Showed up 2 mins before they closed. I was welcomed and they took my order and made my daughter and me 2 great sandwiches. No questions asked. Very polite and great customer service! Hard to find these days. Thank you!

My daughter used to work for our local JJ so we’re very familiar with how these should be made. It was so soggy and gross I couldn’t eat half of it and that’s such a waste of money. Thankful this isn’t the one by us at home.

Pulled off the highway today to get a quick meal. Made the mistake of choosing this restaurant. We have never had a bad experience at a Jimmy John’s before, that is why it is often a go-to place for us. But that changed today! Ordered online, pulled up to the speaker and no one acknowledged we were there, tried to get someone’s attention. Nothing. Eventually we pulled up to the window. It was open. So my husband hollered in, “Excuse me!” That finally got their attention. The entire group of young men working were all gathered around some sort of screen, they were joking and having a good old time. But no one was working. One yelled at another for not having a headset on, then they came to see what we needed. They quickly got our meal pulled up and made, but they made both sandwiches wrong. Which we did not know until we were back on the highway. When they first shoved our back at us, we noticed it did not have our chips. So we had to yell to get their attention again to get those. So we were left with incorrect sandwiches that did not satisfy us at all as they did not taste as they should have. But we were already on the highway and did not have time to backtrack to have them fixed, especially since it would have been another issue of having to force someone to pay attention to the customers and do their jobs. Wish I had read the reviews on this page before pulling off at this location. I would have skipped it and found another. The owner of this location may need to think about what he is paying his employees to do, hang out or actually work. Because we could hear and see what was going on since the window was broken and stuck open, and there was no working happening when we pulled up!
