When are their last Friday evening to get biscuits and gravy to go waited on hold for 20 minutes. By the time they answered the phone I was there. The person taking my order on the phone was the rudest person I believe I've ever talked to there. I go in to pick up the order a very rude cashier. When I confronted that person they said I'll get the manager for you Barry sarcasticallyWe threw the biscuits in the trash they were so hard worst meal I've ever had at Bob Evans

Had an amazing experience. Service was top notch, restaurant was clean and smelled amazing.Kid-friendliness: They treat kids great here and make it family friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for access.

Don't know ! Waited at hostess stand for 11 minutes before being acknowledged, along with 5 other people. After finally taking our names and told it would be about 5 more minutes, we waited and waited...Finally went across the street to Dennys where we were seated immediately. Meal was on the table in about 10 minutes.Beautiful and delicious. Service was awesome ! Dennys from now on !!

We really like Norwalk Bob Evans. The waiters and waitresses are excellent. The food is always good. I cannot say that about some Bob Evans Restaurants. Whenever we are in Norwalk though we generally make a point of going to the Bob Evans there.

I had the Ranchero potatoes and the double meat farmer's platter. The food was great, the service was great. I'd eat here again, any day of the week.

The wait on the weekend a is terrible. 25-30 minutes for the same Bob Evans mashed potatoes I can get from Walmart... Needs more/better staff.
