In town for work. Overall experience was great, server was pleasant, food was good. I got wings an a steak. Wings were cooked to perfection. I’m pretty sure they gave me the wrong cut of steak. My co-worker an I both ordered the ribeye, his steak was perfect, mind was twice as thick an definitely different, I tasted his and was totally different. When I asked about it I was told it’s the ribeye so I kept eating. The other thing was, I was barely into eating my appetizer (wings) and they brought my entree out. Overall great experience an I’d give them another shot when I’m in the area.

I was with a large group for dinner. The service was prompt and speedy, and our 10-person table was taken care of by an experienced server in a highly efficient and friendly manner.The salad was fresh, crisp, and cold. The honey yeast rolls were a carb-addicts fantasy. My steak was tender and done to order, but a bit too salty. The sweet potatoe was soggy, but acceptable.I had a steak and rib combo... the supposedly St. Louis-style ribs were awful... flavorless and over-cooked. I took them home and, the next day, saved them with a bit of steaming and a tangy, traditional barbecue sauce.Several of our party complained about the quality of their meat, and one woman sent her ribeye back. Others had no complaints.Overall, I don't think the experience would have been worth the nearly 70 dollars it cost my wife and me to dine at the Brown Derby (including drinks and tip), had it not been for the company of friends.

My wife and I went in last night on a whim. I don't recall the last time I had food at a restaurant that was so fast off the pass that it was nearly too hot to eat. The rolls were steaming hot, the appetizer was too and came at exactly the right amount of time before our meal. My burger and her salmon were both cooked perfectly and the flavor was good. The only thing we didn't care for was that there was a radio station piped into the ceiling speakers that had nothing to do with the golf on the TVs. And it was talk radio and not music. But on the whole, that's a minor thing. The food was excellent and so was the service.

Ordered a 16oz top sirloin meal and was informed I could have a second side instead of a salad, so decided to get a double order of fries. Received a single order of fries and was told i would get a second plate of them as the kitchen had forgotten to plate them for me. After 20 minutes, and myw ife had completed her meal, i was given a check instead of fries. When i complained i was offered to take them in a to go box, but declined because i didnt want to wait another 20 minutes just for the privilege of eating soggy fries at home, and asked if a couple dollars could be taken off the bill. I was then informed that since the salad is free, so are my fries and that would be impossible. I spoke with a manager and was told the same. I guess its too much for these people to understand that the salad was only free because i bought a $25 steak meal. And thats why I wont be back and will be telling all my friends to go to outback instead.

Everything was great. I had the BBQ chicken and ribs with baked potato and salad. Jason had sirloin steak with baked potato and salad. We also ordered mushrooms as an appetizer. Our dinner came pretty quickly and our waitress was outstanding.

The steak was "ok", not sure if I expected more or what being wood fired steaks. I've had better. Judge for your self. Service was awesome, bar was extremely slow....and I was just getting a draft beer...again judge for yourself.

Serving size going down as like every restuarant. Quality is also going down and baked potato size is way smaller. Filet mignon was so so. Looks like they are going down hill like all the other steak houses. They still have great prices compared to any other steak house.

Went here for the first time in years and it was a great experience. Our waitress was busy but still very attentive and friendly. The food was great, I usually get nervous ordering steak at restaurants but my filet was cooked perfect medium rare as I ordered and was delicious. Everything else was very good as well. I'll be returning for another dinner sometime soon.
