Every time I order from the app for delivery they mess up the order. For example double steak, fajita veggies and corn salsa and they forget the double steak. How?

Unfortunately, every time we visit this location the trash is overflowing, there aren't utensils, the bathrooms are dirty, and out of toilet paper, and the staff don't seem to care. Today someone ordered several things and walked out the door without one of his burritos and the staff just laughed ??♀️

Place is ALWAYS disgusting. Not a clean table in the place. Floors are filthy. Trash cans are usually full or almost full. Occasionally they are out of one of the meats. Usually they are scrambling to keep up with the demand. Pretty disappointing.

Do not do a pick up from here. They give you very little food in the bowls. I even tested it. I went inside to see if they give you more and they do. This store sucks royally. Possum run 100% better

I like that everything is fresh and the food is very good. 4 people can eat for about $50. Portions are a little small for the meat but if you like rice you will get more than enough. Employees don't seem very happy to be there but hey it's called work for a reason. Fast service also.

Hello,Sadly I was visiting a friend who lives near this establishment. The service was appalling! I was looking at the menu and felt rushed by the lady working the assembly line, eye rolling and gesturing annoyance to the cashier. (Mind you the place wad empty, I was the only customer in the store at that time). If that wasn't enough, once I told her my order, she started sloppily throwing my food into the bowl. She didn't do the normal promoting other Chipotle staff do at other establishments. Leading her to skip the salsa section for the assembly line. I asked her for mild salsa after she slid the bowl to the cashier. She then shook her head in annoyance also sighing very loudly may I add.I wasn't able to get her name due to her long dreads blocking her name tag.She honestly should be fired and replaced with someone with more class.Completely unacceptable. Avoid this place.

I placed a mobile order. I went through the drive thru to get my food, told them my name, and the lady said "I think this one is yours, I don't know for sure because the sticker fell off" so instead of looking at the sticker that was inside, she gave it to me not knowing if it was mine or not. I looked at it and it wasn't mine. I went inside to tell them and to get my order and I waited for about 15 mins before anyone helped me. And then they proceed to tell me I didnt place an order. I had to show them my receipt and then wait another 15 mins for my order to get made.
