It was my birthday and the owner payed for my meal, was SUPER nice, asked for my favorite pizza and made it fresh, and he gave me 4 brownies with icing on top as a thank you. He was the sweetest guy I have met and was so happy to meet me. My family drove 45 minutes to get there but so worth and I it highly recommend to anyone of all ages.

I went here with a large group of people and had a great experience! The staff was friendly and the food was delicious! The pizzas were fresh and never ending. The staff even asked patrons for pizza recommendations for different pizzas to make for the buffet. Every detail was perfect, thanks for a memorable meal Ci Cis! We will be back! Normally, I'd rate it about a 3, due to the dining room never being kept up on.... But this time as we were paying to eat, there was a woman putting away cups, and she checked every single one of them. As her an I was conversating she said,"If I wouldn't drink out of these, or if I wouldn't eat the food then I certainly wouldn't serve it to our customers".And that right there is EXACTLY how anyone in the food industry should be.I can't remember her name, but she is the reason for my 5 stars.

We had my grand daughter's birthday party there and they went above and beyond to accommodate the whole group of almost 30. They brought our own pizza for the kids to the table so they didn't have to keep going to the buffet gave all the kids game tokens. I was very impressed.

Usually it's great. We went at about 7pm. There were 3 pizzas on the bar, and they didn't make anymore for at least the first 10-15 minutes we were there. Full fresh and clean is what I'm used to here and that's not what was delivered. Very inconsistent

I love CiCi's Pizza. It's become a special thing for my son and I. We drive an hour and a half to get there since all the locations in Columbus closed. I wish I could open up a franchise in Zanesville.

It's sad to say bc we used to love this place. There was no pizza available besides the Mac and cheese one that was clearly been there awhile. The crust is ultra paper thin now for all of them. The noodles were all crusted over for the pasta. No salad dressing in the Despensers. It is truly unfortunate Cici has gone down hill that badly. We used to go all the time with the family.

Just fantastic!!! Just like I remembered it being when there still was a cici's pizza in wooster. The staff was super friendly and the food was great. It's been quite a few years since I have been to one. I did not know there was one in Mansfield. This is a great deal for a pizza buffet. My girlfriend took me on a dinner date to this cici's because I love pizza we had a great time. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area. You ont leave hungry!!!!!!

It won't let me leave zero star review, this place was terrible, got there around 1 pm and what pizza was there was old and half dried up, figured the employees would make some new pizza but nope instead they stood around talking and laughing the entire time we were there. Will never go back!!

Hey, the quality is nothing to write home about, but it is unlimited pizza! How can you beat that. This place is pretty much the American dream, or the closet we can hope for in this day and age. I was able to feed my entire bocce ball team for $140 total, which is almost impossible to do these days! Those guys can eat like there is no tomorrow, but they liked the atmosphere here and played the videogames too.

Pizza very old and dry. 2 out of the 3 tables I sat at wobbled so bad my soul spilled all over. Moved to a different table to finish. Was there about an hour. Between 330 and 430 pm. No one attempted to clean up spilled soup on table while I was there I have pictures of deficiencies but don't know haw to send them. This was Ontario's restaurant today
