We walked in and ordered the Taco pizza. Worker was welcoming and took our order promptly. It was done in about 20 minutes. It was delicious! I was hooked! This was the best East of Chicago location I have been to. Everything was perfect.. the crust, the toppings, seasoning!

Almost always get a large 2-topping crispy pizza. It's always very delicious! Ordering via the website is clunky and outdated. Service could be improved in person, but the order is always ready on time which is great.

Deluxe is really good! Sometimes when they're busy...pizza is under cooked. That's my only complaint. They really should get that sorted tho cuz kinda ruined my dinner last time I ordered ?

The manager of this restaurant is absolutely unqualified to run anything. We ordered a large pizza for 4 people and we all began eating at the same time. As a result, we ate the pizza at the same time. We then found out that the pizza had Miracle Whip on it instead of Sour Cream for Taco Pizza. The manager then said that because we ate more than 1 piece, she could only offer a 10% discount on our next pizza. This manager was yelling at my partner and refused to listen to us after we were literally transferred to her. Why in the WORLD would we order again after this treatment? This is absolutely ridiculous. Why would I order an inedible pizza for $21.99 and then agree to get $2.20 off of the NEXT one? The manager was upset that she was hung up on but honestly, this was done out of pure consideration for them and that business because they were driving me up the effin wall. After we called and complained and we’ve been waiting for OVER an hour and a half to receive a replacement for this disaster of a pizza

Yeah use to go there all the time bur now nah they poor customer service and I asked for a large and they gave me a extra large and made me pay more and than didn't even cut it in party style!!! Very angry for my service get yalls ears checked!!! Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. The cheese didn't even cover the tomato sauce, and there was hardly ANY pepperoni. Some slices had 1 whole piece and half of another. I also ordered a 6" BLT sub with extra meat and added double mozzarella cheese. They put NONE of t h e cheese and DEFINITELY no extre meat. When I called, the cashier said he personally weighed the cheese on the pizza, and made the sub as well. On too of that, they don't deliver 6 blocks away from their store! Absolutely HORRIBLE with making what was ordered. The kid in the phone basically called me a liar, and refused to correct their UNACCEPTABLE service!If you enjoy not getting what you pay for, then here you go. Paid 30 bucks for a meal I could have made in my toaster oven, and microwave for about 8 bucks

One of my favorite pizza places!! Love the pizza & the people! Today a 2 liter of mine was forgotten and the driver went and spent his personal money to purchase me a 2 liter and also my little one a thing of her own juice. Great people here and always great service! Thank you so much!
Will NEVER order from this place again. We placed our order at 8:56 pm and received our food at 11:00 pm. We called multiple times and finally spoke to a manager on the third time we called, she was VERY disrespectful and stated our food would be delivered in 5-10 minutes, after waiting another 45 minutes we finally received our food. When we received our food, it was cold. Very poor customer service and VERY unhappy customer.

I ordered extra meat and I got more sauce and veggies than anything when I called and told them they said that they weigh there portions so if that’s what extra’s look like save your money and go somewhere

DO NOT EAT HERE. Staff purposely messes up orders. Asked for the pizza to be cut in squares and the staff purposely cut in triangles after saying we won’t remake if we forget to do what you asked…isn’t that what a order ticket is for. I've reached out to corporate on the matter and my concerns went unanswered. The shop is also visibly dirty and so is the staff.
