I went in on a day off because its walking distance and I have been there before, but this was the best experience I've ever had. I placed an order with the cashier and presented a coupon that apparently I had misread, the cashier called the GM over and she politely accepted the coupon and made the adjustment. The GM was pleasant, the assistant GM making my food was smiling and greeted me, the girl working the drive thru window came over and said hello, and the cashier delivered my food to me while I was sitting at a table waiting and she was very nice and pleasant. It was a wonderful experience, this took place on Friday, March 1st at about 1:00 in the afternoon. Please thank the team for a terrific job well done.
Foods amazing, if you eat inside and need extra breadsticks or a carry out container be prepared to stand for awhile. Tables weren't wiped down properly so we wiped our own table and chairs down before setting.

Went through the drive thru so I won't rate atmosphere. But when we got to the window we got 3 containers of the wrong food, our salad was missing, our soda tasted really off, and the woman working the window was far from friendly. On the plus side we got outta there way faster than normal once we played food swap but I'd attribute that to the lack of oversight and trying to be as fast as possible and not really paying attention.

First time there. Got the sample platter with spaghetti, alfredo, and lasagna. It was good, just needed a little more seasoning as did the BBQ wings. Got the new shrimp and pasta dish. It was really good. Loved the fact that they give you free breadsticks. Will definitely go back.
Food was mediocre. Restaurant was clean. The service was spotty. The woman taking our order was the worst!She was argumentative about what we ordered and denied that we had ordered two drinks and tried to disprove it by going through the receipt to no avail.I mean, it was a drink but we did pay for it.I have worked in food service and retail previously and if it involved something small (like a drink) then I would’ve just given into it and given a drink!We all know the cost for a restaurant to sell drinks is very minimal. Small potatoes to make a customer happy!Parking: ??♂️ meh. It’s parking and it’s sad that the only real positive thing is the free parking!

Very busy, so it took a while to get served, but the food was pretty good, aside from the bread sticks being tough.Parking: Plenty of parking, just not for larger vehicle, like full size trucks and full size SUVs
I have always loved Fazoli's. But the last three times I was there it had progressively gone downhill in all aspects. Not enough staff, tables loaded with dirty dishes, long wait times. Needs new management in my opinion. Staff tried to be upbeat and welcoming but were absolutely overwhelmed.
Great food, reasonable wait time, and nice customer service from Chase!!!
