Ordered pizza to be delivered and couldn’t be guaranteed it would be delivered the same day . Is that because the delivery boy can’t read Mapquest ?

Ordered a small Philly steak and it was indeed small but it was good, we also ordered a medium caprese and it had barely anything on it, usually don't call to complain but my wife was not happy. They promised to bring us another to make it right, well we never received it.

Horrible! I guess they don't like female customers. They never even acknowledged me ! But the man who came in after me was greeted warmly and I was still ignored! I'm guessing if I was one of those new women, you know the ones with penises, I would have gotten better service!

My food took and hour after I was told the it would be ready in 25 mins ! Even when goin in to the store to check and see if it was ready they made me wait 13 more mins and nothing was done , wasn’t accommodated at all just a “sorry about the wait “

Not much since in posting this as there are no replies to other post but I need to say something. We ordered 24 buckeye bbq wings and once home realized they must have been dipped in hot sauce before being dipped in the buckeye bbq sauce. Called in to see what they could do to correct the problem and the manager suggested I bring back the uneaten wings and they would replace them. Totally unacceptable on my part I thought they would make it right but no. I will no longer use this establishment but I will do my best to get other to copy the recipe and use them. I’m guessing Pronto can come up with something close. I believe if I were treated better on the phone I may have stayed loyal but for now my money is out and any others that I can convince to switch as well. My apologies for such a bad review but honestly it was an easy problem to resolve.

I was very surprised... we used to live in columbus and had access to some pretty great pizza.. we love the Mediterranean with the cauliflower crust and the Buckeye wings!!

Ordered with a friend and wasn’t impressed. The employees seemed annoyed to be there. Pizza was rubbery and not good. With the other pizza selections nearby I’ll definitely be going somewhere else. Very disappointed but it’s becoming a chain restaurant so you can’t expect anything else. Hope everyone else has a better experience than us.
