Great food, cool atmosphere, lively! You won't go home hungry. It did take 45 mins to an hour from when we ordered to when we received food. For this reason alone we probably won't return. If you're going, be prepared to wait. A couple sides were missing but they brought them right out.

Highly disappointed! I was looking forward to having prime rib and it was the worst I've ever had! Was cold and the meat was tough and couldn't cut it with a steak knife. For the price I paid for 3 people to have a nice meal on Easter it was TERRIBLE! Won't be going back.....do better Outback....that was awful! Brought it home and fed the outside cats ... smh

My husband and I were passing through Mansfield and decided to stop here for dinner. It started out good. We were seated quickly and handed menus. Our waitress came over quickly and got our drink orders and was back in a flash. I got up to go wash my hands before we ordered and ate and was so startled by the crazy loud sound the door makes. It seriously sounds like the wood snapped. Apparently this is the norm for the door. I enter into a bathroom that is filthy. I mean layers of grime on the counters, floors, doors and am greeted by a filthy stall with feces on the trash can and garbage in the floor. So I move to the next stall and am greeted again by trash on the floor and lots of toilet paper in the stall. Fun fact... An employee walked out of the bathroom as I walked in. I decided against using the facilities and just washed up. I get back to the table and we order our meals. The Appetizer came out super fast and then our salads and main dishes. Not once did anyone clear a plate. There was no where for a plates as everything was just left there. The manager just stood by the kitchen entrance and just stared at everyone. He never once walked around, never checked in with any of his guest, he just did nothing. Wasn't asked if we were ready for a check. We were just given it and told "no rush". Food was okay, had to ask for boxes, had to ask for a bag to carry out the boxes. We will not be going again.

Me and my wife come here often but last nights experience was more than worth leaving a review! They were slammed and we still got in under 10mins which tells me the entire staff was doing amazing keeping up with the rush. Food was great and server was AMAZING! Possibly the best service I've encountered at any establishment. I believe his name was Cliff but he is impeccable at his customer service skills. Whole staff deserves a thank you!

I hadn't been to an Outback in over a decade and decided to go. The waitress was friendly, atmosphere was nice, as there weren't many people and the music was surprisingly diverse. We ordered the Ahi appetizer, as I recalled I had liked it before. It was good, but the "salad" lettuce under it was completely dry, like old looking dry. Not a very good presentation. I was a bit bothered, as we unraveled our napkin and silverware. The unltensiles were badly covered with water spots. I'm not saying it was dirty, and we used them without complaining to the waitress, but if I'm paying around $100 at a restaurant I kind of expect a better quality. We ordered the Queensland and Kingsland dinners. Again we were a bit surprised as they weren't quite as exciting as the menu photos and the protein was a bit smaller portion than we expected. I had ordered my steak medium, it was much closer to rare. Finally, I don't know why restaurants do this but the shrimp had the tails still on. No one wants to stick their fingers in their Alfredo to remove shell, while eating shrimp and pasta. My companion had never been to Outback before and while the food was flavorful and the staff friendly, we couldn't help but be a bit disappointed. Honestly, I don't think I'll bother going again when I can get a better experience at a similarly priced restaurant.

Supper on a Saturday night. The restaurant had well thought out parking, seating, and wait times. My steak was terrific and very tender. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere clean and well decorated.
