Ordered the nachos with beef, there is absolutely nothing nice I have to say about them. The chips were stale and I thought I was getting beef instead it was chili. Overall it was horrible. Staff is friendly.

I went to get some food/ice cream for my kids and first of all I stood outside knocking on the window for 15 minutes before someone even came to the window to then only stand there and look at me with there finger up telling me to hold even longer! It’s 23 degrees outside and they want to leave you stand outside so they can stand on the phone inside and talk it’s completely unprofessional and I was so frustrated by the time I left I have never been treated so poorly! The food/ ice cream options are good and I have liked everything I had but there staff is so rude it’s unbelievable I would fire every person and hire new staff that actually care about customer satisfaction!
