Just wanted a small black coffee, there were 6 employees working that day, it was almost 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Just stood in lobby waiting for a simple black coffee.
This location used to have a lot more space. It's a shame they downsized, and it hurt the overall service quite a bit. It's extremely busy all of the time, but they only do drive-thru or app pickup. Mansfield needs a better Starbucks.

The three individuals that worked all day today busted their tails for each and every customer. The drive through wait was an hour but everyone in line stuck it out and received exceptional customer service from the three employees who unfortunately had to work all the orders by themselves and were told they could not call in any more workers. The line was backed up to the road all day today but the managers appear to be greedy and ungrateful for their hard working employees.
