When I entered the store, there was one person ahead of me. One employee was helping them, one person was checking someone out, and someone was making an online order. When I went to the counter, an employee's phone, which was by the food making area, rang and the male employee said it was another worker's mother. He said he was going to answer it and he did and told the caller he was putting her on speaker and that she could cuss as much as she wanted to. When he finally decided to make my sub, he kept looking up when another person entered the store and mumbling that he was tired of all the people coming into the store. He also kept saying how "fudging" mad he was and that he didn't "fudging" care. He talked loudly about his sexuality and complained loudly that he didn't get an Easter bonus. He said he was planning on calling off Sunday and the store would have to find a replacement. I feel that his behavior was entirely inappropriate.

Food was fine, but they loaded my girlfriends and I’s sandwich with way too many pepperoni and too much sauce on the both of them. The service was questionable in aspects but gal was friendly so was just fine. The place looks amazing but the thing that brings me here is one major question. Why is subway offering deals and coupons to satisfy customers just for there to be posted signs all around the store saying that they will not be accepted? This makes the service horrible, paying well over $20 for a couple sandwiches that are not well put together leaves a poor taste in the consumers mouth! Take action on your word and be considerate with the product that you’re putting out! That’ll do it!

They also offer soups, various chips, and their new Sidekicks, and some desserts (would need to make sure these options are vegetarian).

i love this subway because of the drive through, so i don’t have to get my 6 month old out of the car and i’ve gone through there the last two days around 8:30-9:00 for dinner and waited around 5 minutes and no one even came over the intercom to say hello we will be will you shortly, i just sat there in complete silence waiting. i ended up leaving and going elsewhere. the sign for the drive through for being open is on, and when i looked into the front window before pulling through there’s only been a few people inside.

The employees are not clean, they do not even attempt to make the subs neat, they don’t have fresh vegetables out most of the time. This subway has really gone down hill !

Ordered 2 basic subs online. I get the same sub and have for the past 10 years so I know when the sub is toasted. Especially with the bacon on the sub, if it's toasted the bacon isn't chewy/stringy. When it's chewy/stringy I choke while eating the sub. I picked up the 2 subs and they were not toasted. 1. The bacon was chewy/stringy. 2. When toasted they put a the sub on a sheet of paper and then that sheet of paper goes in the subway wrapper along with the sub. There was no paper. Subway isn't a charity. If I wanted to give my money away then I'd choose a CHARITY!
