Ordered 2 subs on line and both were not made correctly but the receipt was correct. We had order delivered by Door Dash. When contacting the store and requesting a Manager was told no manager at the store, when asking for someone in charge the person on the phone said we needed to contact Doordash, the employee continued to argue that it was Doordashes problem although they made the subs incorrectly. Employee hung up on us. Upon wrapping the subs up hair was noticed in one sub. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR FOOD. Go to Park Ave Subway in the future. 1 star because I can't give a zero star.

We submitted order online again & what I order & what I actually receive are two different things. I ask for toasted subs, they were not toasted. Tried calling right after submitting order to request extra toasting, tried twice, rings no answer. Apparently they don't hire enough people & there no where online for additional requests on your order. Unfortunately their coupons are for online ordering. That's the main reason they don't get our business very often.

Everything was good. But they forgot the crushed Avocado on my MexiCali sub. And I asked for extra Baja chipotle sauce and they gave me very little. My boyfriend's sub was just right.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to, again the manager is not good at all needs to be fired and the red head guy in his teens maid some old lady cry but cussing her out and the young girl that works there was great but the red head needs to be fired and the manager too

I placed a mobile order at 4:30pm and arrived at 4:50 to find these children hadn't even started making my order yet. The black girl was struggling to make the orders for the people in line while the blue-haired girl was hiding in the back because it was her last day. When I complained about them still not starting my order, blue-hair came out and yelled that I could leave, which I would have gladly done if I hadn't already paid and there was no way to cancel. Then blue-hair told me to go F**k myself. I finally got my order at 5:25pm
