First off, had to place a delivery order about 3 different times just to recieve my food. first they just wouldn’t recieve my order they canceled it as soon as I put it in, second they couldn’t even find my address which is placed on the order when u place it, third time it took about a hour just to get here food was cold, but still pretty good. disappointing

If I could give a zero star review I would. I'm so disappointed the food wasn't even warm nor were any of my tacos toasted as advertised. To top it all off I was missing a burrito. Such a waste of money. Do better taco bell, especially with the new higher prices.

We were on the road to Columbus. I asked for NO SAUCE on my steak quesadilla and a side of sour cream. Since we were driving, I couldn't just go ask for a new one when they had put the sauce on anyway. They were lucky I am not allergic. There was NO SIDE of Sour Cream - TERRIBLE.
So at first the girl (Taylor b.) gave me the wrong drink and I didn't take it as she tried to hand it to me and told her I wanted the only strawberry not the one with strawberry and blue in it and she had an attitude taking it back. As she handed me the correct drink it was dripping the lid wasn't on I took a picture of it. And the food was warm but there was barely any meat in the tacos and the cheesy potato taco the potatoes were so hard you couldn't eat them. I wasted $22 here, definitely won't be going back to this Taco Bell
