Visited Lexington Springmill. This is the second time I’ve had a less than ideal experience. After ordering from the auto menu I waited for several minutes. No other people in the restaurant and only 2 cars in the drive through. Employees laughing and having fun but not in any way in a hurry to make food. Restaurant had several dirty tables. Will go to a different location from now on

Service was friendly and quick. Me and my husband have got a box with nachos in the cheese was something black just spread through both cups of cheese. Not sure if it was from the pan being scraped or what but it was gross to me.

Probably not a place ya wanna visit unless ya don't want to get what ya ordered. They are always calling other stores to try to get other people to help out with cleaning. Go somewhere else!!!!

Went through the drive through and purchased the grilled cheese steak burrito and a chicken quesadilla. My husband liked the burrito but like many times before, my quesadilla had too much sauce, not enough cheese or chicken. The tortilla was barely cut also. I won't be ordering this item again!

Had to circle back around thru drive thru to get the items forgotten. Never fails if you order many different things one or two may get skipped an then treated like you didn't order that or they did make it when in fact they forgot .

The employees here go above and beyond for their customers. I do not know his name, but a young man at the window thought outside the box; I asked if they had any hand sanitizer, and he went and grabbed me a sauce container and put some no-touch hand sanitizer pumps inside it for me since they didn’t have any wet naps. Great service, good job kid!

I always order customized items and they mess them up. The last time they put lettuce in my double steak grilled cheese burrito when I asked for extra sauce. They don't come with lettuce. And I asked for no sour cream, it came with sour cream. Same thing today too but without the lettuce. And I ordered a crunch wrap supreme. Light lettuce, no sour cream, no tomatoes, extra beef and extra sauce. It was basically just full of lettuce and it was cold.Dietary restrictions: They don't listen to any customizations, don't waste your time.
