The food was good, as it generally is; however, the cashier was cold. She wasn't rude, but nor was she pleasant. Customer service for me, goes a long way. If it weren't for the cook who brought my order out, with a smile and saying, "thank you, enjoy & come again", I wouldn't patronize that location, but because of his kindness, I will.
It ain't too big of a deal here The chicken is nowhere near as good as KFC or Popeyes The atmosphere was terrible won't be coming back unless they change their evil ways ??

I was pleasantly surprised to pull up to Mr chicken and was greeted by a very bright voice asking”how can I make your day better” the voice was of a worker Brenda!!! She was amazing she handled my order and all the other drive thru orders with ease! I am always reluctant to come to this Mr chicken after bad experiences in the past but after experiencing Brenda and her wonderful customer service I will be visiting again, and also all my food was fresh
