Every single time I have gone here to get a protein shake, the staff is so friendly. They are very helpful & they let you know the ingredients in the milks, if you ask. I like that they have different ones for food allergies. The shakes are very good & they have a lot of local items. Such a cute little shop. Love the seating up front by the window, it is very intimate.

They have great smoothies and coffee and a decent selection of health products. I'd like to see more truly natural/organic, but they gotta sell what people want, and they have a lot of stuff that is - especially herbs and supplements, along with occasional weird supplements and beverages, some of which are really awesome. And they have a huge workout section too.

The staff was very courteous & efficient. The cost for my Peanut Butter Protein Shake, (*with Almond milk); was decent. And the quality for the shake was excellent. The environment was very clean and inviting. Always enjoy when I go in!
