Pulled in two cars to the drive-through one each one pulled up with the sign the outside one sat there and waited and waited and finally shut the engine off waited and the inside one finally got waited on and drove on so I’m in behind one on the outside finally they got done and pulled up. I pulled up and they said be with you in a minute, so another car pulls in in the inner lane, which had nobody in it. I was the last one there so they pulled in and they waited on them, so I finally started the car and drove out. I went to Wendy’s and was excellent pulled up. Bam Bam Bam had the food that this one is getting so slow and bad anymore. Food was good but the service on the drive-through is like you could grow old and die there .

The food has went downhill. I know it's fast food but still .needs to be good. The girl that waited on us acted like we were bothering her to be there. Probably won't be back for awhile.

Food was mediocre at best, and the manager who took my order was very rude and short with me, and when I asked for condiments she threw them on the counter and sighed. I’m sorry for asking you to do your job lol, if you don’t like doing it, go work

I ordered two Whopper juniors and a cheeseburger Happy meal with no ketchup. Got charged for two Whopper Juniors, a cheeseburger Happy meal with no ketchup, and a cheeseburger with no ketchup. The Whopper Juniors were made so terribly. I mean come on 2 slivers of onion barely any mayo, ketchup, or lettuce.

If zero stars was an option. That's what I would rate it . This place is absolutely horrible . The girl working the drive thru didn't want to take time to take our order . She just hurried and moved us on . Didn't ask if we wanted sauce for nuggets or anything. Just hurried with us . Then found long thick black hair on 2 sandwiches and took them back in to get them remade and all three of the girls up front was lazy and didn't want to do anything . Acted like I was wrong for asking for them to remake my sandwiches when you could see hair on them. We have went to this location 4 times in the past year and they have never once got an order right that it wasn't missing something or made wrong . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone . Corp would not approve of the attitude customers receive from this location. Customer service is definitely a negative 10 here . My family or myself will not be back at this location . Hopefully something is done to make this a place worth eating at again.
