Sorry to write this review. We read all the great reviews and came here at 7 on a Monday night for smash burgers and crinkle fries. Started to order - they were out of smash burgers??? Very disappointed.

The pulled chicken sandwich was delicious. The fries were great especially dipped in ranch dressing. Loved the decor. Our server was wonderful, helpful - a pure delight. A great dining experience!

All members of our party enjoyed their food. We all had either the tacos (one veg, one chicken) or Appalachian fried rice. Draft beers currently sourced from Devil's Kettle in Athens. Wonderful server tolerated all our antics... A good time was had by all.

I stopped into Dorothy’s pub for a quick bite before an appointment, and I was not disappointed! I was greeted immediately, got my order in quick, drink fast, received my food fast. I was fortunate to have a great conversation with the owner who also serves, bartends, and cooks. A rare breed. My burger was delicious and I’ve told every one I’ve talked to today about it. The inside is absolutely beautiful and unique to this area. Highly recommend!

Maybe it was just a bad night but on the night I went, the service was extremely slow. I sat at the bar and was never acknowledged by the bar tender until I left. A couple that was sitting at the bar walked out shortly after I arrived due to the service they experienced. Another couple at the bar told me that were very disappointed with the service and how the were hoping for a good experience based upon other reviewsThe bar tender may have been new but this person could have acknowledged us with hi or something and maybe explain that he was new and to bear with him but the was nothing. There was very little support from management if the bar tender was new. The restaurant was not very crowded so this is not an excuse. I left before trying any of food but beer was pretty good which I was able to obtain via a waitress and not because the bar tender asked what I wanted to drink. On the plus side they did have live music. I look forward to trying again once the figure out customer service.

Frustrating. I spend about 30 minutes trying to order online and every time it said there was an error. Looked online, they close at 10:00 PM. It was 8:00 when I tried to order. I called at 8:30… they answered and said, “sorry we just closed the kitchen.”Bruh, if your open till 10, wth are you closing your kitchen at 8? First time, thought we would give it a try… I can tell you now I’ll never try it again.
Fantastic food - burgers hit the spot! This place just tries a little harder, and you can taste it.Kid-friendliness: My picky kids loved it. Mac and chz balls and chicken tenders and fries were so good. Hand breaded, tasty, all around super happy kids.

Comfy spot - Delicious food! Familiar menu items, but just much better. Everything was crazy good. Excellent quality, and fantastic service. Our new favorite in Marietta!! (Also great for families.)

Bright, hip space with a refreshingly interesting menu. I tried the Appalachian fried rice, a signature dish that was nicely prepared with good flavors, even to a fried rice snob like me. This being a college town, they have good vegetarian options. Their draft beers feature selections from Devil's Kettle brewery in Athens, OH which were solid. This might be my new favorite spot
